Participants in therapy* can be:

Individuals (aged 16+)

Couples

Families

Children/Adolescents (15 & under)

Friends, co-parents, roommates, etc.

*people in relationship with other people -- generally speaking, any pairing/grouping of people can attend and benefit from attending therapy together
Sessions of therapy can be:
-
Virtual/Teletherapy OR In-Person
-
Ongoing (regularly occurring weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, etc. sessions) OR Sporadic/Responsive (requesting session as needed)*
-
30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes in length**​​

*availability for Sporadic/Responsive sessions are contingent on openings in the schedule and, therefore, are not guaranteed

**intake sessions are 90 minutes at minimum; children and/or families w/ children joining in therapy must have an intake session with their parent(s)/guardian(s) prior to the first session with the child(ren) present
